What we do and how we do it.     1.     Set an appointment with you to go over the details of our service and perform a preliminary assessment of your needs. We would like to meet with everyone that has input in the homes current energy and comfort concerns. Please have at least 1 yrs energy bills available for review to establish a current base line energy cost. Explain costs and services available. (No Charge)   2.     Upon approval and payment of Energy Audit we will schedule one of our professional energy auditors to perform the energy audit of your home. We will need approximately 3 hours to perform the whole house audit. We will need access to the attic, basement or crawl space, heating and cooling system, and electrical panel. We prefer to have the homeowner present during the audit. A Blower door test will be done during the audit as explained in the initial meeting with the homeowner. ($350-$500)   3.     Collect and analyze the results of the Energy audit and develop an Energy Savings and Comfort Plan. Determine recommended improvements that are in line with cost vs. benefit. Generate quotations for the recommended improvements and develop time line of the work to be performed.   4.      Present results of the Energy Audit and recommendations. Answer any questions and concerns and determine the next step. Upon approval of the recommended work, you will be assigned a Project manager that is trained and experienced in all areas of the improvements.  (No Charge)   5.     Upon the completion of all recommended improvements a final energy audit including an additional blower door test will be done to compare the results of the initial audit results. This is to insure that all improvements possible were completed.
